Fancy Pants

For Christmas Katie received some wonderful necklaces, plastic high heels, and a tutu. She wears them constantly. No really, first thing in the morning she insists on getting her shoes and jewelry on and pushing her stroller around the house. Same goes after nap. Sometimes she'll even put on her hat and carry her purse. She tells me she is so pretty. She is a sight so sweet & silly, I love it.

Blog Ketchup

I know it's alot of blogging I just did...four posts! Just a recap of our fun trip to California to be with the Pace family. We had such an amazing trip! So many thanks to Lloyd and Laura for such a great time. We will not soon forget all the fun we had and we miss you all already! Till next time. For more about our adventures read on!

Ringing in the New Year.....Pace Style!

Well we had another very fun New Year's Eve party at the Paces' house. There was delicious food (fondue-yum!), entertaining games & awesome prizes (bunco of course), and fantastic company. We also did the much loved balloon popping for prizes and fortunes. We had such a great time. I will not forget the zip it purse, or the battery charger that were so close to being ours. Maybe next time!!! It was a blast we can't wait till next year.

Searching for Treasure

That's right....pirate treasure hunting time again! Jason's mom, Laura, created another wonderful treasure hunt for the kids. Truly she is very clever to continue to make up such fun and original clues. The little pirates, Katie Jonathan, and Beckham, were even able to join in this time. The bigger boys had to follow a really cool map of the yard to find their treasure. Great fun and pirate loot was had and found by all! Thanks so much Grandma.

We love Atlas Walnuts!

These pictures are from the walnut shelling factory/plant that Jason's dad, Lloyd, owns. We had a fun time touring the building and seeing the machines in action shelling the walnuts. It was very interesting, not to mention we all had to wear hairnets so that was fun too!!

Swimming in January

Talk about awesome grandparents!! Whenever we go visit Visalia over Christmas, Lloyd and Laura warm up their swimming pool to the temperature of a nice hot bath!! The kids, and us, adore spending lots of time in the pool. In the picture of Addie below you can see the steam coming off of him because the pool is so warm and the outside is so cold.

A Change of Post

Well I haven't yet gotten to all the fun pictures from our New Year's vacation to California. However I was getting so tired of the old post on here I decided to just add some fun pictures from bathtime until I can get blogging about our trip! Hopefully in the next few days when Katie is feeling better.......
