Summer Camps

So Adam loves summer camp. Rock climbing, archery, you name it- he wants to do it. Just don't keep him stuck at home and bored all summer.

Noah is not a summer camp kinda guy. Leave him to himself and he will find something to do at home. Summer is for sleeping in and hanging in your pj's all day. He was interested in an computer animation one this summer though. 

Now Katie is too little for summer camp- but if she wasn't it would be art camp for sure. She is quite a little artist, I just love her pictures.

Wyatt is here!

Wyatt is born! Wyatt we are so happy to be here to welcome you and so glad that you live close by so we can hug you extra! You are so super darling. Happy Birthday!

Yikes

Now this is a story- Jason is out of town and I am sleeping soundly in my bed when at 6 am I am awoken by a blood-curdling scream!I leap from bed super disoriented only to rush out of my room and find poor little Addie with a pencil stuck up the bottom of his foot. Not just in there a tip but all the way...almost out the other side!! So creepy! Ugh! I had to have our good friend and neighbor come over and pull the sucker out. To make a long story short, one infection later and the child had to have surgery to remove the pieces of lead that got stuck up in his foot. Oh Addie. I couldn't make this stuff up.

Movin' On

We said goodbye to our old childhood home and helped my parents move into a beautiful new house by the water. We love the new house, but we'll miss our old home!!
